Introducing Fashion illustrator: Sonia Hensler
Good is thrilled to welcome Sonia Hensler to the team! With her stunning portfolio of gorgeous fashion illustrations, she is sure to be a bit hit with both existing and new clients alike.
Having completed a scholarship at the University of Falmouth, Cornwall in graphic design in 2005, Sonia went on to attend the Academy of Fine Arts in Poland where she received her MA in fine arts in 2007.
Sonia’s clients include: TopShop, The Wall Street Journal, Loewe (LVMH), Reem Acra, Coco de Mer, Gladstone, The Fold London, DAKS London, Bionda Castana, Wendy Rowe, Courrier International.
Sonia Hensler is an UK-based artist with extensive worldwide experience in a variety of areas, ranging from editorial work and art direction to pattern design and bespoke portraiture.
Sonia’s work is often centered on her love of Victorian fashion, design and architecture. The Victorian aesthetic manages to combine unique British elegance with a dark, sometimes challenging, gothic flair. There is a playful balance at work in this period where whimsy vies with formality, creating an unlikely juxtaposition that undoubtedly informs and enriches her work as an illustrator.
